Voting this season is before us. The contestants are finally at the point in the competition that solely depends on the viewer’s votes for their survival.
At this stage there are thirty contestants left all of which are divided into three groups of ten.
Every weekend, ten contestants will perform popular pop songs in an attempt to secure your votes. And at the end of the week, the three contestants with the highest votes will proceed to the next round.
Last weekend, the first set of ten contestants performed with hopes that they’ll be your favourite contestants and you’d vote to keep them in the competition.
Here are their numbers.
Byno - 501
Safayat - 502
Sosy Cole - 503
Modele - 504
Okey Jazz - 505
Ovo - 506
Vicci - 507
Deola - 508
Azuka - 509
Debbie Rise - 510
Voting lines are already open and will close 12:01am on Thursday. The seven contestants with the lowest votes will be booted off the show. Only your votes can save your three favourites that will proceed to the next round.
To vote, text your favourite’s voting number from any phone network to 33680 as many times as you like. Only you can decide who the next Nigerian Idol will be and it starts now.
Voters are not going to be left out of the winning this year, as one lucky voter will go home with a brand new car and other voters will win some attractive prizes. More reason to vote.
